• Another Tomie dePaola favorite!! My boys laugh so hard while we read the mishaps of Big Anthony in the Strega Nona books. So it was really fun having a whole story dedicated to him, and how he hasnt paid attention for a very long time. Haha!!
• This book was purchased for my granddaughter. We both love Strega Nona and have all of the books. These are short kid friendly stories with a nice message.
• Love this story. Hes cute. You kind of feel sorry for him. I have a co worker named Anthony and he looks like him tall and thin but not clumsy. Nice drawings. I love Strega Nona too
• When my daughter read this book we had to get all other books about Strega Nona, Big Anthony and Bambolona from the library. Now we have B-day party with these characters. Great story!

• Tomie de Paola books are a big hit with my 8-year-old, and Big Anthony is one of her favorite (child like) characters. He makes SO many mistakes, but Strega Nona kindly shepherds him through it each time, with love and kindness.
• Adorable. You can't really go wrong with anything written and illustrated by Tomie DePaola, and this adjunct to the Strega Nona series is great.
• Although this is for kids older than my 3 year old grandson-I was able to adlib enough for him to enjoy the story. Great pictures to help him to understand the story.
